What is the AI Business Check-up?

A free AI readiness assessment for Singapore small and medium businesses, built by TechAtrium Innovations. It asks 16 questions about how your business actually runs — how enquiries get answered, quotes get built, follow-ups get sent, invoices get chased — then turns your answers into a readiness score, an estimate of the hours a month going into repetitive work, and a ranked list of where AI would save you the most.

How the score is calculated

Your answers feed a scoring engine that measures five dimensions — digital foundation, process maturity, AI adoption, data and knowledge, and automation — and weights them into a single score out of 100. The same engine estimates repetitive hours by activity and prices that time at an hourly rate the report states openly.

AI writes the wording and never the numbers. Generated text is checked against the engine's figures before you see it, and any number that cannot be traced back is discarded in favour of a fixed template. Estimates are labelled as estimates, so you can check the arithmetic against your own week.
